DAY 1 : Colombo -Pinnawela - Habarana

On Arrival at the Bandaranayake international Airport OR at your Hotel, meet and great by the Representative of Grandeur Holidays and drive to Sigiriya - Dambulla OR Habarana.

DAY 2 : Habarana – Sigiriya - Habarana

After a hearty breakfast, we will climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. This fifth century rock fortress is a World Heritage listed site that was built by King Kashyapa.the. Spectacular citadel of Sigiriya towers two hundred meters over the surrounding countryside. It's a remarkable archaeological site not to be missed

DAY 3 : Habarana - Trincomalee

Proceed to Trincomalee. On route, visit the Hot Springs at Kinniya, Koneswaram Kovil Swami Rock, Lovers Leap & the town of Trinco.

Early Breakfast at your Hotel, and proceed to dambulla, .

Day 6 : Kandy

Breakfast visit the City of Kandy, which revolves around a lake in the heart of the city. + The great Kandyan bazaar, which is full of sounds and sights of trade. Visit the temple of the sacred tooth relic of Buddha. Once you're refreshed, view the traditional Kandyan Cultural Performance.

Day 7 : Kandy – Nuwara Eliya (Morning Train Ride to Nanu Oya) Reserved Seats

From Kandy to Nuwara Eliya the road starts to ascend steadily. At 1,500 meters, we'll be smack bang in the middle of Tea Country. Take a break to view the green patches of plantations that are speckled with white colored Tea Factories. Look out for waterfalls, rice fields and vegetable plantations etc.
Your Chauffeur would be at the Railway Station to pick you up & thereafter continue your journey to the Resort town of Nuwara Eliya which is also called Little England, & situated 2070m above sea level. Train ride as optional.

Day 8 : Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast, drive through the little town, where the well-maintained colonial architecture is a highlight. Visit the busy markets where you can witness tea plantation workers go about their day. Drop in at the Botanical Gardens, Or Spend the evening walking in the cool climate.
You would also have to opportunity to visit a tea factory, where you will be taught how to become a tea expert and you can taste the world-renowned Ceylon tea.

(OPTIONAL) Horton Plains
Excursion to Horton Plains, a National Park and the highest plateau in the island consisting of grassland interspersed with patches of forest, with some unusual high altitude vegetation. The Plains are a beautiful, silent, strange world with some excellent walks. The most stunning place is World's End, where the southern Horton Plains suddenly ends to a 700 meters drop. This is a favorite place for trekkers, as there are plenty of soft and hard trails.

Day 9 : Nuwara Eliya / Ella / Wellawaya / Arugam Bay

Breakfast leave for Arugam Bay Stop at Ella to admire the magnificent views.
Lunch at a Restaurant of your Choice and proceed direct to the Hotel. Spend the evening at the Hotel

Day 10 : Arugam Bay

The Surfers Paradise. Entire Day at Leisure (Open for Surfing, Diving Etc) .

Day 11 : Arugam Bay / Yala

At Leisure proceed to Yala En Route explore Kataragama Temple & the surrounding areas. Evening at Leisure

Day 12 : Yala / Hambantota / Weligama / Galle / Unawatuna

Early Start - Leopard Safari Game drive to Yala (Jeep Safari to Yala National Park) Yala National Park. The most popular national park in Sri Lanka established in 1938 with a land area of approx 121000 ha, this park is situated in the Hambantota and Monaragala district. It is home for all the animals and birds that are found in Sri Lanka. Late morning return to your Hotel & at leisure head along Sri Lanka Coast. Enroute, view the unique Stilt fishermen of Weligama.

Day 13 : Unawatuna / Galle

Breakfast at the Hotel and proceed to the Galle fortress, which was built by the Dutch. The old part of the City within the Dutch Fort built in the 17th century has been declared a world Heritage site by UNESCO. A walk on the ramparts will give you an excellent view of the ancient harbor which was known as Tar shish in the bible. We will pass the District Court and the original entrance to the Fort en route to the Dutch Reformed Church built in the 17th century, Galle has also become famous in the recent past for the quality of boutique hotels, which have sprung up within the Fort. The New Town to the north of the Fort was badly affected by the tsunami in 2004. Galle is the home of the famous International cricket stadium, which has since been re-built.

Day 14 : Unawatuna / Balapitiya / Colombo
